In 2004 Alicia and her family visited Park City for the first time. It was an impressionable visit that would imprint on the future of her and her family. As they were leaving town, a for sale sign caught her eye. A quick detour later and the family was headed home with a new souvenir!  Twenty years and counting, Alicia continues to find new ways to love Park City. 

After graduating from Providence College with a BS in Marketing, Alicia began her career with Mendik Realty, at the time the fourth largest owner of commercial office towers in New York City. She conducted lease negotiations with Fortune 500 companies and financial analysis on purchase and sale transactions of New York office towers. 

Alicia has been directly involved in 24 residential and investment home transactions on behalf of her family, and currently owns and manages investment and personal property in Utah, Bozeman, MT and Spring Lake, NJ.

Alicia always goes the extra mile for her clients.  She is dedicated to her clients, and has excellent negotiating skills. She is a good communicator which she believes begins with being a good listener.  Her top priority is providing excellent client service which involves earning her clients’ trust, and negotiating the best deal for them.

In her free time Alicia loves alpine and nordic skiing, hiking, and taking every opportunity to enjoy our beautiful blue skies and views. Non athletic interests include support of her favorite local non-profits, working on her Spanish language skills, reading, and supporting her husband’s and daughters’ marathon and ultra-marathon trail and road running pursuits.
